I understand you'd like to confirm if you received a legitimate email from PayPal. The title of the email does sound like one that we send. However, before providing any documentation, it's a good idea to check out this Help Center article to confirm if the email was from PayPal. When you're logged into your PayPal account, you will likely also see a notification at the top of your screen, your Customer Identification Portal, or Resolution Center.
