Account was hacked and the hacker opened a case

My PayPal account was hacked and the hacker opened a case against a payment I made to Hostinger. The hosting company has, since then suspended my hosting account. There is no option to close this case from my end. PayPal says that I should contact the card issuer. The card issuer says that they have not initiated any chargeback for this payment. I have asked Hostinger to reject the claim. It seems that they also don't have an option to reject it. It's been 10 days now with no resolution in sight. Any help would be very much appreciated.
