Account still limited even after I sent files

Hello, My account is limited because of my ID and Address problems, and after I sent the right files and the website wrote " Completed " in front of them, I still can't use my account, and I even can't reach the customer services to help me in this problem , so please any help ?

Does your i.d. and address documents prove the information on your account is all correct?
