Account permanently limmited

After 1 day after the time, I created a PayPal account and submit the necessary document for identity verification. I received an email that says your account is permanently limited and l login and check the account is permanently limited. So what should i do? There is no way they can have a problem with my identity document, which is my passport. 
so what should I do guys

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try you would need to contact customer services.

You have opened a Lesotho business account so do you live in Lesotho and if so are you a registered business?
