Husband had an account opened in his name and address; different email and phone number - he received a letter 2-3years ago and called paypal then who said this was a scam and to ignore. Now we have been denied a mortage as this has shown up on his credit (its not in his experian report) - paypal have so far been unhelful. How do we escalate?
