I just changed my account to business and immediately got account limitation. I have money in it and I really need it now how do I get the money now, very urgent!

Normally paypal direct you to the resolution centre to resolve any temporary account limitations?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
