Account hacked and scam

My Singapore account was hacked trying to add a link to a bank account and submitted information which I didn't do it. A new link to a new bank account is added and pending confirmation. Suddenly a buyer Ariel [removed] filed a case reported that they haven't received the item (On Cloud shoes) which I didn't sell at all and I am not doing any business at all! I have immediately changed my password and turned on 2-step verification. How do I resolve this opened filed case? I couldn't cancel the transaction as it is on hold now. My account is also now limited. Please help! Thanks!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
