Account frozen. Can't withdraw funds. Can't contact support

Backstory:

- My father created a PayPal account in his name before I'd turned 18 (10 years ago).

- Once I turned 18 he gave the account to me and I changed the email to my personal email on the account and used it (8 years ago).

- I uploaded my passport to my account (1 month ago) which triggered Paypal to limit my account saying I'd violated terms (seems it detected the account was set up before I was 18 even though the account was my fathers), won't let me withdrawal the balance of my account.

- Can't add bank account (for withdrawal - honestly don't even know if withdrawal would work) because I don't have access to phone number anymore.

- Can't get through to support to change number etc. Only speak to bots that want me to hang up.

I want to withdrawal my money but I can't because I don't have access to my phone number from 8 years ago.

I've moved country several times in the last 8 years and don't have access to my old numbers so I can't do much on the site.

Have spent the last two hours trying to find a way to speak to customer support on the phone but I keep getting automated chatbots which are incredibly unhelpful.

How can I resolve the issue and withdrawl my money please?

You can't transfer ownership of a personal paypal account from one person to another, its against paypal rules.

You also can't 'use' a paypal account if you are under 18.

Think you may have problems accessing the funds unless the owner of the paypal account can upload their information to prove the name of the owner of the account was over 18 when it was opened and proven it with uploaded i.d. However as you have already uploaded i.d. that does not match the account you may still have problems.
