Account Limitation

I registered my PayPal account last night and did all the necessary things required and was sent a mail that my account creation was successful. Only to login this morning to my account being limited permanently. I just want to close the account now cause I can’t deal with such insecurity. How do I lift the limitation so I can delete my account. Thank you

Sadly you can't close a permanently limited account. Paypal limits it to stop you removing anything from it.
They don't want you to be able to use anything linked to it to try and open another Paypal account.

Thank you for your prompt response. Please is there anyway I can remove the limitation? I did not even do anything yet my account was permanently limited

Keep in mind that Nigeria PayPal accounts are not able to accept payments, only for paying online or sending money for goods and services.
