Account Limitation

I had a limitation on my account 6 months ago. I had some funds here. I was later notified that I was eligible to withdraw the fund. But I have not been able to withdraw the funs till now. Can you help me out?

I believe the option to withdraw funds is only via a card in Estonia so have you got a linked and confirmed card on your paypal account?

If so which type?

Yes I did link a card. It was a Dollar card from Nigeria

You can't add a Nigerian card to an Estonian paypal account !!!

Ok. But I have been using it before now and it worked. Is this a new development or update.
