Account Debited On Inaccurate Basis

So back in June, I got scammed out of $2000 and after I filed a claim with Paypal I was told I was denied the chargeback. So I went to my bank and filed a claim. Later the paypal claim was reversed and I was guven back the $2000. Well then so did my bank. So I ended up with $4000. Called my bank to get it fixed and they took back the $2000. So I was left with just the $2000 from Paypal credit. Well now, In September my account is debited $2000 because they detected a double refund. But I fixed it with my bank so there should be no debt? I’m so confused and the Chatbot in the app was not helpful nonetheless and I couldn’t get pass the Auto reply on the customer service line. How would I fix this?
