I want to buy an item which cost 202,86 euro's. Seems like i got no reaction after a few days from the seller so i filed a case. But when i need to enter the amount the currency was in czk instead of euro's. The case is now closed after a.refund from the seller of 202,86 czk which is around 8 euro. I already contacted customer service.but it's hard to reopen the case. I think everybody.can make a mistake. When the seller does a mistake they have the chance to correct it but not the buyer? That's the reason we use paypal. To be protected if someone made a mistake? Based on the internet search results it's also a common mistake! That's why i seek justice and help! Thank you!

Hello @Anson_Cheung

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

I understand you're trying to appeal your closed case because you opened it with the incorrect amount, and I'm sorry for the frustration you're encountering. The only option to appeal a case would be to work with Customer Support. We have a few different options to contact Customer Support, so you may have better luck with a different option. Customer Support can be reached by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal website and through private messages on Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook

Good luck!
