Well you can't do it many times as its only x1 dispute per transaction.

So did you open a dispute for non receipt of item? Or another dispute type?

Did you escalate to a claim or did it auto close 20 days after you opening it?

Did the seller provide a tracking number and if so what did it show?

Actually I have done it many times, as each time the refund payment fails, the case gets reopened. So yes, many times.

Then you didn't open a second dispute did you, it auto opened on refund failure.

However as you haven't answered any of my other questions its best to contact customer services.
