Hello all. Today I have discussed with a seller to buy one of his products for a good prize. Of course, i was basically scammed and I did not receive the product, however lost money. The seller obvioisly disappeared from existence and has blocked me everywhere. Is there a way to somehow receive the money back after being scammed? I would appreciate any help. I have already opened a problem from it, but it got closed, however I phrased myself wrongly there and I cannot find an option to edit/reopen the problem reported again. I also cannot open another one. Thanks for any reply. Best regards

As long as you paid via the goods/services option and not friends/family one then you would have buyer protection.
If you have already opened a dispute for non receipt of item then unfortunately you can't open a second one.
However if you made a mistake and opened one for unauthorised then you could could contact customer services and see if they will open a second dispute for you with the correct reason?
