so i go and file a dispute for Zap-Hosting aout a charge they said they were not going to charge me. i blocked their first one while filing the dispute and supplied information about the charge suppose to be available for as a refund but than your company allowed them to charge a second time through a second way. i specifically supplied al emails showing i was on a refundable charge and also was not receiving any service the whole time of this charge along with fighting this dispute. you wrongfully accepted their end for this charge so i guess charges may be pressed against your company if funds are not returned since you allowed the charge to continue and i did not authorize the charge nor did i accept subscription from that company. i supplied an email even stating it was prepaid, not subscription or in their words "contract". complete BS and you guys know it. i had called my bank about this unauthorized charge and filed a dispute upon it. so you guys better pay this back or it will be fought against.
