My account is limited but after waiting for 6 months now I am told by PayPal that I can withdraw available funds in my account.
I am living in Turkey. PayPal's system does not allow transfers to be made to my bank account in Turkey. Therefore I couldn't take action in transferring money to my bank account in Turkey. In this exceptional case; what can be done? I have suggested to PayPal authorize me to transfer the account balance to the PayPal account of someone I know who is living in the EU and has a working PayPal account. He is willing to accept my money transfer to his PayPal account. But PayPal needs to authorize it.I already sent a message asking for this authorization.Any suggestions to make it work?
