The PayPal Check has been sent to USA address. I am now in Bangladesh. How can I get money now?

I created a PayPal Personal account in Bangladesh. I sent a request to withdraw money from my Fverr.com Account to my PayPal account. Fiverr sent the money to my PayPal account. But PayPal showed me the money is waiting for you. Receive the money. I could not receive the money [Money is waiting for you].

I did not have any Bank-Card to add a Card to my PayPal account. I thought I should find my friend who has a Card. So I was starting to try to my best effort to withdraw money. I had a friend in 'Qatar ' country. I discussed this with him. He logged in to my account from his location in Qatar. PayPal showed the account is 'Permanently limited' to logging in to another country.

Paypal showed me I can withdraw the money after 6 months. PayPal will give me instructions on how to withdraw money after 6 months.

Then After 7 Months, I called my friend to log in to my account. He logged in. He tried to withdraw money to his Bank-Card.

He also added another Bank-Card. Overall he added two Bank-Card to my PayPal account from his country in Qatar. He tried to withdraw the money to his Card but he could not.

After a few minutes of trying, he selected 'PayPal Check' to withdraw the money to his card. Then after clicking the 'Submitting Button' PayPal showed the withdrawal is confirmed.

That was the biggest mistake. The PayPal Check was sent to this USA address.

The address is not mine. I am now in Bangladesh.

After 30 minutes I guess that his withdrawal method is not helpful. I thought that I will not get the money. So I was trying to find information to solve the problem. The next day I started to open a Case. I have submitted a case.

PayPal accepts the case and showed me they are reviewing the case. After closing reviewing time they were increasing their reviewing time again and again.

I am thinking about what additional information I should provide them now.

I am not understanding what step should I take now. I want to get money in Bangladesh. [I have a Payoneer Account for sending and receiving money globally.] 

How can I get money now?

You can't have created a paypal account in Bangladesh as paypal is not supported or available in Bangladesh.

Also you can't use another countries paypal account.

If you moved from U.S to Bangladesh then you should have withdrawn any funds first and then closed that account as you can't use a paypal account in Bangladesh.
