Currently I have some money in paypal because I transferred it to me from abroad to Vietnam, but because I didn't know how to use it and was not old enough, I violated the rules and was permanently limited by paypal. Is there any way I can get my money back, thanks

You get your money back after 180 days. PayPal will notify you at the permanently limited account’s email address when it’s ok to withdraw.
