what should i do? When paypal doesn't support customers - only support scammers

Hi Everyone 
- My Name Duc, Plz help me 😞 .  What I need to do ? When paypal doesn't support customers - only support scammers ( they abuse bugs )
+ I'm new, and have recently used paypal... My status is: I have purchased online. They asked me to transfer the money via paypal, they said you can ask for a refund if the product has problems. I trust and trade goods with him at ID : 0WS88647R30660908 , then he said " he and me are friends ", please transfer money by friend method, otherwise paypal will not accept, then you She returned the money to me as pictured ( ID : 3M63001321445910F ) . and then I transferred money using the other method (ID: 50609044GP437051E).. then he didn't respond to me and blocked me..I just found out that I was scammed...
==> Then I contacted paypal and they said they don't solve this problem. they protect scamer.. so unfair. when there is sufficient evidence.
Dear community, what do i need to do so that paypal can support me. When the evidence is clear, anyone who looks at it understands.

I have the same issue. They refunded the first but insisted I pay through friends and family. Pay pal won't listen to me after that

I am having the same problem.  However, I reported the fraudulent transactions to PayPal which they denied. I called and was told they would be reviewed again.  My question is, why PayPal refuse to refund fraudulent charges.  All of my unauthorized charges states in person in another state at 3, 4 or 5 am in the morning.  I did some research and the company LYBENETE aka austintoolhouse and this place is listed as a scam as others are experiencing the same issue with this scammer charging monthly charges of 79.87.  It is a real headache to contact PayPal tell them they are fraudulent charges and paypal turns around and deny the claim and close the issue without giving any real explanation.  I am pretty angry and annoyed that this is the service I am getting from paypal.

Welcome! Thank you for visiting the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear some recent transactions haven't gone exactly as you has expected. I can certainly understand how these type of situations are not ideal at all.

 

During the investigation of an unauthorized dispute, an example which PayPal would consider unauthorized is when someone steals / fraudulently obtains the login information for your PayPal account, uses that information to access your PayPal account, and then sends a payment from your PayPal account. 

 

In situations where you may have sent a payment as friends and family to someone posing as a seller, PayPal would not consider that unauthorized, nor would it be covered by Purchase Protection since it's not a Good or Service. 

 

With that in mind, your best bet may be to reach out to your bank or debit / credit card if you used one to see what options may be available. 

 

However, if you have information you'd like taken into consideration that was not originally presented to PayPal in the original dispute, you're welcome to reach out to our Customer Support teams to see if an appeal may be an option.

I am finding out by searching paypal and scam online and we are being taken advantage of.  There is a real problem with Paypal allowing their customers to be scammed and the fact when reported they deny and close the request.   I have several and having a hard time recouping my money.

I have the same issue and have disputed a charge on my PayPal account as the vendor was not honoring their advertised 30 day return. I went through the appropriate channels of PayPal and initially was refunded the amount I was charged. (I had this in a monthly payment plan) Then all of a sudden the refund was reversed and I have a negative balance on my account even though I provided the information that the company said in writing they were going to refund me and I submitted all documentation that PayPal asked for. Now I am without the product and owe $225.00 to PayPal for something I don’t have. I have no idea why they reversed the charge, I have tried calling and I am told to reopen a case which I have not been able to find a way to do and I cannot find amyotjet way to contact PayPal to get this resolved. I have never had this kind of trouble with PayPal before and do not know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

I am the person who introduced my friend to use paypal.. and today I have to bear his complaint about paypal service. I was surprised to learn that Paypal supports scammers even though the proof is clearly real and visible through a photo. but their final decision is to still support the scammers.

Wonder why PayPal has a community forum, apparently our issues are not being addressed here either.  Shameful.  I have proof that my charges are unauthorized and the company is a fraud/scam and my unauthorized charges still denied by paypal.
