I can understand difficult it can be to provide the right details to resolve those kind of issues. For the most part, each limitation is specific to the account and the type of activity present on that account. With that in mind, it's hard to say what document you need to provide when it's asking for a professional license. I would first recommend double-checking your Resolution Center to see it it has any options or examples for what kind of license it's asking for.
