I am selling products on my website and someone placed an order. We have stated clearly on our website that tax and duty is the customers' responsibility but this customer refused to pay tax so the products were on hold by custom. The customer filed a case and we were told that the customer won the case but didn't say why. a few days later the customer decided to pay tax and received the products. We were forced to refund to the customer and we tried to complain but PayPal wouldn't give more solutions and closed the case. Is there someone i can contact to get my money back?

PayPal has become very unhelpful in recent year. They used to have customer service, I don’t know where it went. Please keep us posted here how u do.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
