I fell for a scam website and it somehow skipped my 2 factor authentication & categorized the transaction as "Send money to family & friends" all by itself. What can I do? Buyer protection is no option i think.

Hi @keithjustone ,
Welcome to PayPal community! I understand that the payment was done as a family & friends. Personal payments are not intended for the purchase of goods or services from sellers and therefore cannot be disputed. When there's a problem with a friends and family payment, we strongly encourage the sender and recipient to work together toward a resolution. If a resolution can't be met and you paid via card or bank, you may want to reach out to your financial institution to seek other dispute options.
Good luck!
