Hello, my account had limitations and paypal RU-moderation team asked me to upload documents to verify my account. After invistigation, my account has been banned. All my documents meet the criteria. I think the ruzzian moderators banned me because I`m from Ukraine. There is no way to contact with Paypal CS. Please, help me.
P.S I use Paypal scince 2015 without any troubels

Paypal is not supported anymore in Russia, all Russian paypal accounts have been suspended. So I very much doubt that there are any Russian customer services agents, as far as I am aware there have never been any.
If you have been banned then..........
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
