But paypal send emails with footer about company “PayPal RU”, RU registration and license. I double checked my account, and I’m using Ukraine as my country. Also, there are no options to contact to UA phone number. Chat with Assistant not work when I tried (please write business hours (GMT+3)). I dont use twitter and facebook. Hello, my account had limitations and paypal RU-moderation team asked me to upload documents to verify my account. After invistigation, my account has been banned. All my documents meet the criteria. I think the ruzzian moderators banned me because I`m from Ukraine. There is no way to contact with Paypal CS. Please, help me.
