I'm sorry to hear your account has been permanently limited. Permanent limitations cannot typically be removed, as an account is reviewed before the limitation is placed. However, you do have the option to request a second review by contacting Customer Support. You can reach Support by going to our website, scrolling to the bottom, and selecting 'Contact.'
