paypal restrictions and limitations and can’t upload document

So Paypal has put my account in restriction and limitation and i cannot do anything about it! I keep on messaging them to help me but they’re not expediting my case! I have a huge amount of money and I cannot even take them. I have put my account in Business because I thought it won’t make any difference but now they’re asking for documents for proofs. How can I even give documents when all the bills are named after my father? And in Qatar the billing statement of my bank is addressed to the PO Box. And they’re not even accepting that! Please Paypal, give me back my money!!!!! My hard earned money!!!!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

As i’ve said i contacted them literally everywhere and they are not expediting my case even though i have begged them already but still NO RESPONSE! Even their contact center has no agents available to talk to me. It has been months now that they don’t have agents to talk to customers. HOW COME?
