paypal not responding after i submitted evidence to lift my limitation

PayPal limited my account with this message "We noticed some significant changes to your account activity. To understand this better, we will require some information from you.

Until we receive your information, some features in your account will be limited. You'll be able to regain access to these features once you provide the information we've requested."

 

I provided the requested information and it has been more than 3 days. The limitation page says they should respond within 3 days. what should I do?

Normally its 3-5 business days (and its a weekend), allow a couple of weeks and if no reply contact them for an update?
