good morning to all members. i sent a payment as an advance for the purchase of a ps5, but the seller did not ship the item to me and did not refund me. when I opened a dispute on paypal it does not make me specify that the dispute is for non-refund, but only for a transaction it does not authorize and rightly the practice is closed because I have authorized the transaction instead ... how can I do? thank you all.

Unfortunately, there’s no refund or a way for you to dispute because you sent a friends and family payment instead of goods and services payment. Friends and family payments are ‘gift’ payments.
