I received an email informing that there is information missing for my account and that I need to login and follow the instructions to see what information I need to provide. I have tried numerous times but there are no instructions! I was given a deadline of Dec 18 2021 to provide the missing info otherwise I wont be able to send or withdraw funds!!

Sure the email wasn't a spoof? You didn't log in via any link in that email did you?

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
