Good Evening
I have been told i cannot get the funds due to me until i pay an agent a fee is that correct practice you have to pay to recieve is that legit ?
and then i have to show proof to pay pal before payment is made to my account
any advice would be gratefully recieved

Nope its a total 100% SCAM.
Sellers do not pay anything upfront, any fees that paypal charge are auto deducted from the buyers payment at the same time their payment shows in their paypal balance.
Nothing in your paypal balance = you have NOT been paid.
Advice is voluntary.
