donated scam

I had donated money just now and found out right away after sending the money that it was pocketed and that it was a scam.

I have also been locked out of my paypal.

Not sure what to do now.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
