hi! hope someone could help me. i bought 2 sneakers last week. when i received them i run it through a legit check app. the travis worth 700 turned out to be fakes and the other shoes are legit. btw this is just in one invoice. so i immediately open a dispute on paypal then after a day the seller escalated the claim. today i just received an email from paypal saying my case was denied for some reason. i provided all the evidences i have and even a photo comparion between my legit pair and the sellers fake pair. i called customer rep and they said they cant do anything because the case is closed. i need help because this is totaaly unacceptable. please let me know whats the next step or other options i have. thank you

i feel like this is now a common occurance with PP. Had the same issue with a football helmet that i paid G&S for and theyve closed the case as well. Not sure what the point of paying G&S is if they dont take the time to look into your case without closing it. Provided a ton of evidence as well.

If you wanted to win a claim for a fake item you have to provide legal proof via a letter written from a merchant that sells the genuine item OR the manufacturer. Just sending a photo is no good as they are easily altered or easily taken of a different item than the one you received.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

i already posted an authentication from check check app that the shoes didnt pass the authentication meaning fakes or knockoffs. and i opened the dispute the night i received the shoes. theres also a time stamp when authetication happened and shoe comparison between a legit pair and his fake pair. would they be able to help me if i go to paypals headquarters?
