confiscation of my balance (paypal robbed me)

Hello

Mr Madam Manager,

----------------------

I am a merchant (e-commerce) and I used paypal to receive payments for 2 years before the incomprehensible restriction of my account.
(I sell products on the internet and also website creation or video editing services on fiiver)

I bitterly accepted paypal's decision except that I had 7000 euros left in my account (I had always trusted paypal)! you asked me to wait 180 days (6 months) for the release of my money, and strangely after the 5th month, I see PayPal withdraw or confiscate my money without warning me without my authorization! without proof or explanation or anything at all:

- 2,911.08 Dollars Transaction number 26H513737T811830G
- 4,388.86 EUR Transaction number 5VM37236A5654180L

I would like to point out that during these 180 days (6 months), I did not receive any disputes or requests for refunds from my customers during all the restriction periods! I strongly contest this decision (it's theft)! There I would like to know how to get my money back please?

Thank you

Sincerely Marouane [removed]

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

thank you very much for your answer, i don't speak in english, i only use google translator. I depend on Paypal Morocco Africa (headquarters are in Dubai or Tunisia), they suck and they don't give any clear answers, only automatic answers. paypal confiscated my money, but without any proof, I received no dispute, no organization filed a complaint against me! is there any other way to contact paypal please? thank you

thank you for your reply . paypal didn't send me anything, paypal didn't ask me for anything. they took my money and that's it, no explanation given! and when I try to contact paypal, only one option is to send them an email from my customer area, except that they never answer my questions! only automatic responses no chat, no phone! they took 7000 euros from me without any explanation!
