Hi there. I would like to close my account, I couldn't figure it out how to close my account and i'm on limit account  i hope you get this message.

Unfortunately you can't close a temporarily limited paypal account until you have resolved any issues first to lift the limitation.

If its a permanent limitation then sadly those accounts can't be closed.
