close account

PayPal emailed that my car had been cancelled, but i can not close account because they still say i have an open case. I've tried for hours to close it out, it gives me multiple reasons why i can't. Im not happy

Hard to advise when you haven't said which dispute type is opened, what stage its at and whether you are the buyer or seller ?

It's case regarding heritage refunded$39 and change.. PayPal emailed me they cancelled my case so i do not have a open case.. i am a purchaser not seller
