cbclubdotco have taken money out of my account and I cannot find out where or how it started

I don't know how or where this company was able to take money from my account. I am 77 disabled person and only have my oap pension, so cannot afford to lose this money. Can anyone help me get it back. The credit card concerned on PayPal account has now been cancelled, and credit card company say they cannot get my money back. Can anyone suggest what I should do please? Thank you.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

If the payments were authorised which they would be if they were subscriptions then you would need to contact the merchant to refund any payments.

If you did not subscribe then click on the transaction in your paypal account and use the report a problem link bottom of that details page and report it as unauthorised?
