account limitation

If the account stated that it was "permanently limited", can I still retrieve the account? What's the best thing to do? I know I didn't violate any policy. My account was just hacked. Appreciate your help.

My PayPal account was perminentely limited and I was given 180 days for the limitation will be resolved help me, because I just create the account yesterday

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been hacked and has been limited. Handling limitations can be quite concerning. Before a permanent limitation is placed, many factors are reviewed. For this reason, the decision cannot typically be reversed. However, you can ask for a second review. You can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to Facebook
