Why does it say im making a "donation" and not a "purchase"

Why when I went to pay for an item it says I'm making a "donation" not paying for an item please.

The seller is a scammer. Donations are not covered by buyer protection and a scam savvy seller knows this to try to negate your buyer protection. If you did not complete checkout, I would advise not buying from them.
