Why can't I use my PayPal account anymore????

A few days ago, I was asked to confirm my identity and share a document that confirms my address. I shared a copy of my passport (Lebanese) and my address (UAE). I just got a msg that I can no longer use PayPal because I reside in a country where PayPal doesn't offer services in. How is this possible? PayPal is available in UAE!!! What should I do now????

I am sorry to know that you'll not be able to use your PayPal account due to limitations. Handling with limitation can be quite concerning. I recognize the importance of it here. When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps. Please note that if you have registered your PayPal account in the UAE, you'll have to submit the details/ documents of the same region to confirm your identity as PayPal is country specific. Hello Ayesha and thanks for your reply. 

I am aware that PayPal is specific to countries and I submitted a utility bill for where I live in UAE (ras el khaymah) which is also where I created the account, and after that, the account was suspended. What should I do now?
