Why Permanant Ban as soon as I create an account?

I created my PP account today & as soon as I create and add my debit card, my account is permanantly banned. PP is not even giving the reason and there is no way to write an email to PP so that I can resolve the issue.

 

Any idea what is happening?

 

I am really **bleep** off PP.

Were you banned previously and creating a new account? If not, contact customer services and explain the situation:

No not banned. But I deleted my account earlier as I was not using much. Now I have a requirement and I need to use it.
