When reporting the issue, I was not allowed to select the correct item and quantity amount

Issue 1: When I try to select the item type, the farther down I go, it does not allow me to select the item category that I want.
Issue 2: The system did not allow me to select 2 in the quantity section of the last two items (the one with the item category issue)

I tried to contact Paypal with the Message us feature, but they were "unhelpful" or oblivious to the situation I am trying to describe (I do have a video).
I did this through Chrome, Firefox, and the App, which all three exhibited the same issue.

I already filed the report (which was probably not the smartest thing), but anyway this can be remedied, or the devs look into this situation?
