Verification process is broken, there is no form to submit data

Hey 👋

 

Just have created an account and immediately got blocked, now an interface is asking literally "Do something", but there is no form or input or anything else. What should I do?

 

Sorry it's in Russian, because "English" button down below doesn't work as well.

during working days and operating hours (Monday to Friday)

on paypal:

- at the bottom of the Help And Contact page

then at the bottom of the page that opens "contact us" (on the right) and finally, still at the bottom right: "call us"

(you will have an authentication code and a phone number)

 

if you are having trouble reaching paypal, you can do so on twitter and facebook.

paypal is present on both. all you have to do is "send a private message"

hello @kozlovzxc , your paypal account is open in russia and therefore you must be resident there for this (cgu paypal)
so you don't understand Russian?

 

In my opinion, this is a restriction to be solved.
provide a copy of the front and back of the identity card.
valid proof of address. (Russian)
add a bank account and/or bank card.

 

the worst would be for it to be a permanent restriction. and therefore no file to solve.

Hey, thanks for your response! I'm a native Russian speaker, but since I'm asking for help in English, I thought it would be more convenient for community members to check out an issue in English as well. But anyway, looks like something went wrong and image wasn't attached at all 😞

as said before, I think of a temporary restriction and a file to be solved.
have you looked at the dispute manager?
inside: paypal restriction.
and if so, was there a request for documents to send?

So the first time I checked this page with restriction details, there were 2 issues to solve, I've solved one by sending photo of my passport ID, but the second one looks bugged since it's asking for something, but there is no form to actually submit anything, which is confusing a bit.

normally, the other is a valid Russian proof of residence (administrative document)
but from memory for russia, there is a tax document it seems to me.

( I think you have a tax number in Russia. )

I would happily upload each document which is needed, but the issue is that there is no form to upload it 😞

We make a lot of assumptions about a Russian text, from an image. it would be better, and this is the best solution, to ask a paypal customer advisor what he expects from you
