Vendor wants more money than the item was advertised and purchased for

I purchased an item from a website and the transaction was completed but the next day they sent me an email: "Unfortunately we are in the middle of updating prices on our website. Manufactures continue to raise their prices and we simply cannot keep up. The item you ordered, 49-16-2696, does not reflect these price increases. In order to proceed with the order, an additional $190.04 is required. Please let us know how you would like to proceed." I and the store are in Canada, just wondering if this is legal or do they have to legally send me the item if it's been purchased for the displayed price?

You can't force a seller to sell unfortunately as long as you get a full refund then buy elsewhere?

But the transaction has been fully completed and the money has come out of my account, isn't this like bait and switch or something?

Take them to the small claims court then, as long as you are refunded paypal can't force them to sell to you.

I wouldn't take it that far I was mainly wondering the legality of this and if I had a leg to stand on if I firmly requested they let it go for the original purchase price.
