Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've received an unexpected invoice. You can report a received invoice by clicking the Report this invoice link from within the invoice. You should also see the option to cancel the invoice by clicking "More Options" on the invoice in your PayPal Activity.
You may still see the invoice in your activity, but it will no longer be ale to be paid and PayPal will perform the appropriate research on the sender's account.
