Unexpected charge

I haven’t used paypal since the beginning of the year. first time logging in since feb bc I was randomly charged 7.99 from paypal and have no clue why?

I do understand your concern. That's strange that you see a transaction from PayPal but you are unsure why. 

If you go to your PayPal Activity page and click on the transaction, you should be able to see transaction details.
