Hi, I got a problem with my Paypal account. I created this account in 2021, at that time I was 17, it means that I still underage to use Paypal, so I just created this and waiting when I'm 18 to use it. After I turned 18, I just came back to Paypal and started to add my Visa card in. But there's a problem that my name was a little bit wrong and I go to changed my name and uploading my ID for them to change it, after a few minutes, they sent me an email and said that I can't use this account anymore. Does anybody here knows how to solve this problem. Thanks.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.

PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits etc.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be permanently locked for further use.

You would never be able to use that illegally opened underage account again but once 18 Paypal may allow you to open a new account. Opening a new account is not guaranteed as you have already broken their rules once.
