Unauthorised payment

I just noticed an Uber BV automated charge on my Acc and upon investigation found out this has happened 6 times totalling over £70 and I have not used Uber or ordered the payment but it’s been taken out of my account automatically unknown to me. What do I do to get a refund?

Firstly check.........

 

 if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

 

If not then click on the transactions and using the 'report a problem' link bottom of that details page file a dispute for unauthorised transactions.
