Uber technologies charge not authorized

Has anyone figured out why they were being charged $9.99 from Uber technologies. I have no idea why I was charged for 4 months in a row. And no way to get a hold of them.

Check if you had a subscription set up....if so cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
