Treated like a criminal by PayPal

About a month ago I set up a PayPal account to make a payment to an Australian vendor. 

After doing a test payment of 10 USD between me and a friend my account got limited.

I have been on the phone to the help desk plenty of times and each time they request me to load proof of identity.

The last call I was told that they do not recognise my South African ID document. 

I have since then also supplied my Driver's License, company registration certificate and many more official documents related to my South African registered company. 

 

I feel like PayPal discriminates against me by not recognising my ID document as well as my original certificate of birth. What more can I do to prove that I am who I am? 

 

Frustrated to the max!
