My total for PayPal is suppose to be 313,29 but it is showing 328.26. It was 15.34 over charged. I called and the lady told me yes I was right that she added it up to but she could not help and transferred me to someone else, they too could not help and transferred me again to another and  then I was told it was a wait but they would call me back and didnt. The first time I called I was told to call Chase that they handle this, Chase refered me to JP Morgan. JP Morgan's automated voice ask for my credit card number then my 4 numbers of my social security and this disconnected me. This is crazy, anybody can look and see the mistake. Also I've trusted this for years and never thought it would be wrong. To be done like this and treated like this is appalling!
